Marie started her recruiting career in 2008 focusing on her clients in the staffing and search business. She successfully aided her clients in developing from small offices into well-established nationwide search firms by sourcing the best candidates for her clients to hire. Marie believes that listening and sincerity are the keys to successful communication. Such an approach afforded her the ability to build her own successful recruiting business and solid professional network nationwide. Having provided high-quality recruiting services for leading legal, HR, and accounting/finance search firms in the USA, Marie decided to create her own search firm based on all those values which helped her to succeed in her career. Branching out into exciting verticals such as IT and Accounting/Finance is a dream realized for Marie.

Tetiana Lozyk
Managing Partner
Being an ambitious and results-driven person, Tetiana started her recruiting career in 2016 by joining a U.S. Staffing company. After 2 years of successful placements in various industries, Tetiana joined Marie’s business where they put their efforts together to achieve the best results for their search firm clients. Tetiana recently completed her Master’s Degree in International Business Law in France. The experience of studying in Europe along with the experience of working with United States staffing and search companies has given Tetiana an opportunity to develop her unique approach to Clients and Candidates. Tetiana’s success can be attributed to her ability to understand clients’ needs and culture and also her ability to source and connect with top candidates. Her results are a testament to her work ethic and commitment to excellence.

Sharon Textor Black
Executive Director
Sharon has thrived in recruiting for over 10 years encompassing both business development and candidate placements. Her background includes healthcare, education and legal recruiting. She hails originally from NJ and is a Rutgers grad, now enjoying living in The Sunshine State. Sharon loves all facets of getting the right placements completed, fulfilled by helping both candidates change their lives and companies excel with the right people hired. Her success in recruiting earned her multiple promotions within management during her tenure in this industry as she is a natural in also guiding other recruiters to success. Beyond Sharon’s natural ability to connect with people, she has completed IPEC’s training for Career Coaching. This highly rated program allows Sharon to offer additional expertise not available from typical recruitment agencies.
